May 2010 Letter From the Editor
Hi everyone,
Hopefully you have all had a chance to enjoy the warmer weather! It is still a little chilly, but it is nice to move around and exercise outside. This month we've added the third and final introduction article to our Body Wellness Series, "Stabilization Exercises: How They Help You Achieve Pain-Free Posture and Movement." These three articles that have been on our website this year are designed to give you an idea of the science behind how your body works so you can have a better understanding to learn how get out of pain and stay healthy. If you haven't read the first two articles check out the Body Wellness blog on our website or stop by the clinic for copies of all three articles.
