Gentle Yoga with Catherine Lewan, DPT


Gentle Yoga is a slower paced yoga and designed to calm and re-energize. This class is well suited for beginners, people getting back into yoga, people recovering from injury, and athletes looking for an active rest day. Gentle Yoga is an excellent way to step away from a face-paced world and focus on you.

Thursdays at 6:15pm, starting Thursday, April 5th

Yoga Basics


This class combines the benefits of yoga with our anatomical cuing to help you learn how to keep your body in the correct neutral position while performing the poses.  This will allow you to target the correct stretch.  We use props and modifications as necessary to give you the support to relax into your best neutral alignment.

 

 

Tuesdays at 10:00am, starting Tuesday, April 3rd

Pilates For Aging Gracefully


This class is for individuals who would like to increase strength and flexibility SAFELY.  The class is a gentle workout that can be performed by all ages and ability levels — while exercising mostly from the comfort of an armchair.  Additionally, we will be performing standing balance exercises with the support of the chair or walking poles to help eliminate individuals at risk for falls. 

 

Mondays 11:30am, starting April 2rd.
