Sun Salutation A is a classic yoga flow sequence that increases upper body awareness and strength, and improves core stability and lower body flexibility.  To make it more accessible for all we have modified the pose to drop to the knees before lowering through low plank.  Move slowly, engage the deep core stabilizers, and follow the breath with each movement.  Use TATD breath.  Maintain neutral plumb line alignment and focus on balancing through the center of the joints with all movements.  There should be no gripping, tightness or pain in the neck and shoulders or hips.  Repeat 5 times.
