This yoga flow develops awareness of scapular and shoulder position.  It increases upper body strength to encourage balanced use of the muscles in the shoulder and neck area.  With this flow move slowly, engage the deep core stabilizers, and follow the breath with each movement.   Maintain neutral plumb line alignment and focus on balancing through the center of the  joints with all the movements.  There should be no gripping, tightness or pain in the neck and shoulders or hips.
